    Alligator Rotors Direction?

Just got a set in the mail. The arrows on the body state that the direction of travel should be with the teeth pointing rearward.
I've seen many photos with the teeth pointing forward. Which one's right?

What is the advantage of the Alligator Windcutter rotors?

Are they lighter than the standard Avid rotor of the same size?
