Aliante Saddle w/ Carbon or Ti Rails?

How do Carbon rails hold up on a MTB. I'm concerned that constant shock loading and the occasional crash will ruin them quick. Is the risk worth 90grams?

ti rails only in my opinion. I have one on my road bike and I didn't even want the carbon rails on it.
