Yacolt Enduro this weekend
Anyone else going ? Looking for someone to shuttle the course on Friday, I will have a truck.
Sounds like it will be pretty rowdy with 2 new stages and stage 3 will be the whole Cold Creek trail top to bottom. More transitions and more downhills means endurance will be important.

I won't be there until 2, which leaves plenty of time to ride the course. PM me your phone I can text when I get there. Really need to shuttle as much as we can to save legs for the race. I rode the course last year but its twice as long this year.

Rain just makes it more enduro. I'm going to focus on the longer stages for Friday to get those down. Preston you have my info.

So to make it easier to find each other I'll be on a green commecial meta 6. I'll be driving a jeep trail hawk granite in color. Prob be out by start finish after I get setup waiting for Preston or what not.

Thanks for coming out to our trails, hope you had a great time, we'll try to order less rain next year! Keep an eye out for more info on our annual event "The Cold Creek Experience." September 6 and 7; two days of shuttles, food, beer, friends, and fun!

Thanks for all the effort. That was an incredibly well run race especially with the challenging logistics. Having your timing results as soon as you finished was absolutely wonderful, by far the best timing I've ever seen at an Enduro. I'm not totally sold on the beep in and beep out method of start/finish, but its a small quibble compared to having immediate timing results. It was fun to watch the results come in live too as people finished, crossing your fingers and hoping you didn't drop another place. I have family/children at home and after showing up to pre-ride and race I cannot afford to sit around for hours waiting for results.
Yeah rain and mud suck in that quantity but as mentioned above it just makes it so much enduro.
For those who didn't go they had 180 signups, and shuttled everyone to the start location 30 minutes away, then shuttled us again later to another location, we were on track for 4-5 hours, everyone had correct timing, lunch, beer etc. Just an inredibly well run event. these things are much more difficult to put on than an XC or even DH race.

What he said! We used this timing system at our Enduro in May and it worked flawlessy.
Year 2 of the CDC and we're going to have a great series!
