The owner of Pacific Bicycle is a Cannondale fan (He rides a Rize3 and F3). He worked on my Lefty. I think short of a major rebuild, Pac-Bike should be able to help you out.
I'm from here, but sent my Lefty to Mendon Cycle Smith on the East coast. I would do the same again. Even with the shipping I think it came out less expensive, and was done faster than if I had been able to find someone locally that I trusted.
assuming the same techs are still at the Seattle REI they should have no problem rebuilding a lefty for you, in fact they may be excited to get a bike in instead of ski's.
REI tech Seattle!! they send those out, my bro sent his headshok in took almost 3 weeks. Very few shops work on leftys and headshoks, i would like to know my-self as well as who dose it local, seems mendon-cycle smith east coast has a good rep on this board, as well as fast turn around.. Might have to ask in the cannondale forum.
depending on the problem, you might be able to fix it yourself. i've rebuilt the lefty i used to own several times. including totally removing the 4 bearing strips and re-installing them.
the cannondale forum has a few threads on it that go through total teardowns.
I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the shop formerly known as Fluidride. Do they not do lefties?
