Are there any trails left in Victor Falls

so I just got into mountain biking and I live in Bonney Lake and Victor Falls is only 2 miles away from my house so apart from victor falls the closest trail is lake sawyer and I don't want to drive for 30 minutes. I've heard that atleast most of the trail is closed down but the information online is all about 3 years old and I'm in need of some new info so if anyone could fill me in that would be great!

That big Cascadia development place at the end of the road bought all the land and decided that trails through the woods wasn't good for sustainability and that clearing them and replacing them with houses and paved paths would be safer and better for the environment. They hired security on motos to scout the place and kicked people out (I @hit you not).

Since then building has not gone as planned, in theory they are still there, but it is Criminal Trespassing, so please dont rub salt in the wound, the place is dead. If you explore there please keep it to yourself
