Given how freely we have complained publicly about Hancock in the past, I owe them a thanks for a couple of things. When I accidentally bought a 2012 pass for 2013 they were very helpful in converting the pass over to a 2013. I'm also pretty happy about the price reduction for 2013, and how friendly they've been to our trail rebuilding (and new building efforts).

I think, as long as we consistently consider the other users while we are building trails (especially how they exit onto the roads), and remain super considerate about the neighbors near the parking areas (stay off the grass, keep it relatively quiet, and pick up your garbage), we can have a trail system that will be accessible and the tits for the next 30 years.

Thanks Hancock!
