    spokane

I will be visiting the Spokane area for work and I am wondering if it would be worth taking a day or two off to go riding. any suggestions on trails and rental shops in that area?

Spokane has riding like right from the city in Riverside SP, Beacon Hill, High Drive, and MT Spokane SP. Further away is Mt Coeur d'Alene. Each location is worth a day of riding. Can't speak to the bike rentals; Google mtn bike shops and go from there.

You can check w/ Bicycle Butler ~ if anyone has rentals they do. Otherwise your only bet is comfort bikes from Spoke and Sport downtown.
