Some PR on the Black Diamond trails

A local reporter contacted Todd about doing a story about the trail system in the Black Diamond area. Some of you locals will recognize Peter Fisher former owner of the Black Diamond Bike Shop and our Chief Trail Gnome Todd. I think Casey did a nice job on the story and she caught me posing in my camo shorts.

That sucks, the parking lot is already always full and it is only March!
All kidding aside it is very cool to see your guy's hard work get a little recognition!

Well well guess who replied to the newspaper article? Our favorite, shall we say troll? Mike Vandeman. Mike how's the assault conviction? Can't argue the facts except with smoke and bs so you resorted to violence... Predictable.

Hi all, Saturday we will be out building new trail. Come join us or just swing by and say hi. Don't have time, not a problem. Understood - we are all busy. At least check out the new trail later. Saturday, March 17th - 9:00 AM

Crew leader: Ralph Loewen Location: Henrys Ridge

Building more new trail in the North section loop.
    More Info:
Here we are back at it for the first time since the ice storm. This is the latest of a series of work parties adding new trail to complete a loop in the north section of Henry's. We will meet at the Four Corners Safeway parking lot near the Starbucks/Papa Johns. Look for my large white Sprinter van. Around 9:10 we will caravan in as a group. Donuts to start and maybe a prize. Bring your favorite tool if you have one along with the usual work wear and gloves. If you don't have any tools no problem, we have quite a few. Email or call for more information.

Close proximity but not the same trails. The Xterra is held on the west side of 169 and most of our trail system is on the east side.

    Hi All,

Just a heads up that there are workparties out at Henry's Ridge the next two Saturdays. Details and signup on the Evergreen website. See you there or just ride by and say hi.
