On April 22nd the Seattle Parks Levy Oversight Committee is holding a public hearing meeting. This entire meeting is dedicated to public comment. Seattle Parks needs to hear your voice stating that mountain bike trails in city parks would be a valuable benefit to you and your family, and the community in general.
New bike trails in Cheasty Greenspace (in the Beacon Hill/Rainier Valley area) is one of the proposals currently being considered by Seattle Parks right now. This is our opportunity to "wow" the committee and show more community support for this proposal – and for biking in Seattle Parks in general.
When: Monday, April 22nd at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Miller Community Center:
330 19th Ave E
Seattle, WA 98112
If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome and receive the same weight for consideration as oral comments. Please send written comments to Susan Golub: email@example.com; or 100 Dexter Avenue N Seattle 98109.
Please RSVP on the Evergreen calendar if you think you can make it.
