One Discover Pass can now be used for two vehicles!

Effective immediately, one Discover Pass can now be used for two vehicles!

For passes already printed, use ink to legibly write in a second license number, either in the license plate box or in a blank spot on the front of the pass. In the future, passes will be printed with two lines for license numbers. The pass is still only good for one vehicle at a time.

The Discover Pass allows you to enjoy millions of acres of Washington state-managed recreation lands including state parks, water-access points, heritage sites, wildlife and natural areas, trails and trailheads (IE Loads of places where you go biking).

Too bad they still can't/ won't make it be like NW Forest Pass and float between vehicles. Restricts people from using the best/most energy efficient vehicle for each journey.

You can now move it from vehicle to vehicle between two cars. So while you can't let a friend use it, or use it in a 3rd or 4th car (assuming you own more than 2), this is much better!

You could technically share it with a buddy if you trade off driving...
