Mtn Biking in Seattle...without a car

    possible?

taking a short trip up to Seattle this month, but won't have a car. Would taking the bus to rent a bike, then riding/busing somewhere to ride feasible? Lake Sawyer really interests me, but I can't find any bike shops near that area that rent. Will be staying near the airport. Any help is appreciated.

Any good microbreweries I should check out too?

No problem, the busses have racks, I do it all the time. Grand Ridge or Duthie are your best bet. Take the light rail to downtown then the bus to Issaquah.

There's a big difference between ripping and skidding. Those who skid don't know how to ride.

Or take the light rail downtown and simply ride to the colonnade.

Check the visiting Washington sticky thread. If it's raining or the bike doesn't work out then you can help us at Duthie.
