What are the conditions like in the areas above Peshastin? I'm curious if Tres and Xanadu are rideable.

It's raining cats and dogs out there tonight. Probably not the best sign....

Changed to snow later last night before I went to bed and 33F 'glop' right now. We're at 1700'.
If you've got a high speed connection, you can check out webcams across the state here: Washington Mountain WebCams
Looks like the snow finally peters out in Wenatchee.

Please keep us posted on how RockyTop et al dries out. I know up here Ma Nature probably just made a fresh batch of peanut butter mud.

Yeah, I heard the rumour you were getting your shoulder worked on. Hope you can salvage at least a little of this coming season... although if you sit on the couch drinking beer for a year or so you might be closer to my speed.... :P

Well I spent a few hours out at RT today and it was two things - windy as hell and not muddy anywhere. The ground has good moisture but that wind really blew dry the surface! Great conditions to cut in sme new swoopyness.

Oh man... It's been horizontal sleet/HARD rain in upper county all day. I think I suddenly feel a flu coming on, gotta skip work for the good of the company....

It would be very inconsiderate to expose anyone to the flu!

It was definitely a coast uphill, pedal downhill kinda wind.

Boy do I know THAT one....
Back in the 90s before the wind farm east of town went in, we took a couple friends from work riding up there on the ridge. I'll never forget watching my buddy hanging on to the top tube as a wind gust swung his bike completely horizontal in the air for a moment.
It was nice to have something to laugh at while we were otherwise so miserable, lol.
