Greenlake Dirt Jump Work Party this Sunday (4/7)

We're putting in a new berm and some new rollers.

10-4. Come give a hand and help us get it set up for spring/summer.

Despite the rainstorm, this dig party is still going on today.

We're putting in a smaller berm for the beginner/intermediate section.

If you've not been to greenlake jumps in awhile, we have increased the usability of the pump track and table top line.

Kind of hard to see in this picture but just look at all those smooth bumps.

Hope to see you out there!

Cruised by here and it looks like some earth has recently been moved. Is there any schedule for a work party? I haven't done much dirt jumping but live close by and would like to help/learn.

We got six loads of dirt from another park today. We are in the process of placing the dirt and reshaping/rebuilding almost everything.

We don't have any official dig parties but because of the amount of dirt we got delivered, the jumps won't be running until we can move it around.

What that means is, we'll have one or more of our guys down there almost daily, trying to move this stuff. Any and all help is appreciated so stop by any time you can.

Bringing beer almost always help break the ice...

Just let the locals know what you can do and what you can't. They'll put you to work...

Sounds like the main crew will be down there this saturday.

Not sure on the specific time but I'd guess sometime after noon there will be folks down there. I know they'd love the help. I have a herniated disc or I'd be down there running circles around folks.

I'm bumping an old thread... Are these being worked on this spring? Is there some sort of group where you guys post dates that you are digging?

There is someone down there almost daily moving dirt around, so we don't post official dig parties. The jumps are running very well right now though so come on down and have fun.

We have a jam/get together every Friday we like to call Fridays At The Lake. Yesterday there was probably 25 folks riding the jumps at one time.

I swung by there today as I hadn't seen them in a while - the jumps look incredible! You guys have clearly been shoveling your rears off. I'll have to get down there to ride sometime. I assume that the Friday thing is in the afternoon/evening?
