    C-Line Fire

Does anybody have any info on the fires set at Capitol Forest saturday night that have closed the forrest and trails? I believe I heard the news say that its only 60 acres and firefighters have most of it under control. I was wondering if the Friends Of Capitol Forest have any more info than what the news has given us. Its a real bummer when people have nothing better to do than to set fires and ruin nature and trails that so many people enjoy.

The news report last night also mentioned that people need to be aware of live rounds going off due to the heat. Ah, that's the Capitol forest I know and love.

We rode up to the ridge above Fall Creek last night on 6 and there was still a lot of smoke in the area where trail 50 crosses over from 6 to 8.
