Bremerton riding?

Could anyone shed some light on what the mountain bike riding around Bremerton is like? I'm looking into a job opportunity there and would like some idea about trail availability and type of terrain. At the very least what the drive to the nearest good trail/trail system would be.

I grew up in Bremerton. I haven't ridden there in 12 years or so, but I believe Green Mountain is still a great place to ride. It's got a ton of trails and the view of Seattle from the top is great. There also used to be a lot of trails out near Tahuyah/Holly/Belfair. I don't know what the state of all of these are, but Bremerton is surrounded by great forests and hills so I'm sure there is a ton of riding to be had. Depending where you'd be living, the Wildcat trailhead on Green Mountain could be 5-15 miles away.

Stottlemeyer, Green Mountain, Newberry Park, and Banner Foorest all very nice trail systems within 25 minutes from Bremerton.
