    Va-WV line ridge riding

I'm looking at several long distance touring options...gravel,paved,single-track along the va-wv state line heading s to n. Any thoughts ?

There is a lot of it to be had. Might want to get a bit more specific on what your preferences are, ie mostly trail, what area etc. check on the Nat Geo map and plan potential routes and ask questions. I was along for bits of the Virginia Mountain Bike Trail tour a couple years ago which spent two weeks riding and camping along this exact area. Dig around in the threads here and perhaps Chris Scott still has info on the Mountain Touring site.

Like washedup said, be a bit more specific. Mostly singlet-track? Do you care if it is hike-a-bike steep (which many of the ridges are)? Looking for more of a gravel-grinder route with pavement as needed and just a little bit of more mild trail. Are you doing this as a fully loaded camping trip?

You said you are looking at several options, what are they?
15mm is a second-best solution to a problem that was already solved.
