This is just an unofficial gathering of mountain bikers in some of West Virginia's best backcountry. My friends and I have spent many hours over the last year to improve and clear out these trails. This area is one of West Virginia's little hidden treasures, and we would like to invite others out here to share it with us!
Bishop Knob Campground is primative camping with water and bathrooms. No need for showers, there's a rope swing at the river. You can ride single track straight from the campground. However, we will be driving and shuttling everyday for each of the main rides.
There is very little civilization near by. So, it is important to bring your own Food, Beverages, First Aid, and all other necessary provisions for the entire weekend. It doesn't hurt to bring a little extra water and some insect repellant.
The trails are intermediate to advanced single track. Some sections are more technical that others, you can expect the rides to last all day! Please leave a post and let us know that you're coming! Anyone that's a solid rider is welcome!
