    Races this Fall?

    Hey everyone,

I'm relatively new to the area and live in Annapolis, MD. I've searched for XC races to do this Fall that are within 100 miles of where I live and haven't found much. Can anyone direct me to some cool races going on this Fall? Thanks much.

I saw this posted at the trail board at Fountainhead (Fairfax Station, VA) last week. Thinking of signing up - I've never done a race before.

Two races I'm looking at doing are the Tidewater Challenge (several races in one weekend) and the Couch Potato, down in Pisgah NF.

Thanks for the help guys! Unfortunately I'm busy for everything other than the MoCo Epic, which I'm going to try and do. If anyone else has any knowledge please let me know!

Go Time Racing usually does a fall race at the Freedom Center in Luckets Va. There is also the Paranormal 6 Hour outside Charlottesville Va. Both are on short but hard loops.

The Epic is a ton of fun too.

Check the VORS website, it shows a few races in September as well as two in October. BTW, Tidewater Challenge is a fun course and usually great atmosphere as well.
