    fair hill classic

I'm looking to do the fair hill classic this year, I will be riding in the novice group since I've never raced nor have I been riding very long. I am looking for a good trail to follow to build up my endurance for this race. It's 7.5 miles and currently have only done about 5 I think. I haven't kept track of my rides. Is there a good loop that I could follow at least that length to get ready for this.

According to the race director, the race maps should be published sometime this week. I assume that means on Bikereg.com as well as at trailspinners.org. Barring that, you might want to ride the Red Trail from the Gallaher Rd parking lot. It heads southwest out of the parking lot and makes a nice loop with some double track and single track. Not sure of the distance, but lest than 7.5 I think.
