I am planning on going and I know I have until tomorrow night to do early registration, but I could not find the actual race start times and I checked multiple websites and postings over and over. Are they the start times on the website or check in times? I have a bit of a drive so it matters.

The info you seek is in the body of the "Race Notes" section. Here's what I think you're asking for:

Registration opens at 7:00 and will close 30 minutes prior to the start of each race as follows:

    Endurance: 7:00 to 7:30

    Cat 2: 7:00-8:15

    Cat 1 and Pro: 8:15-9:15

    Cat 3: 9:00 - 10:00

    Novice: (1st time racer) 9:00 - 11:00

Kid race: any time before 11:00.

    See you Saturday!

Can anyone provide more info on the course. I've seen the map on the website, but it is not really all that helpful. I am assuming it is one long lap, but not sure. Can anyone provide clarification?

How about the distance between water stations or some breakdown of mileage? Just need some help to figure pacing, etc...

    The event website:
Fair Hill Classic MTB Race & FESTIVAL! | Delaware Trail Spinners

    says, among other things:
Water stops will be spaced out along the race course since the
course is a “one lap” course for everyone except the Endurance class.

As "Tough Guy Extraordinaire", I'd think your pacing strategy would
be something similar to "balls-to-the-wall" until you either 1) finished
    or 2) dropped dead :-)

One of the two is typically my strategy. Just find it's more comforting in my pain cave when I have some idea of what part of the cave I am in.

You are right about the one lap piece, but then what do the 'segments' mean on the web site? They seem to have no correlation to anything.
