Titanium Soft tail frame identification help

Picked this bike up from a local classified cause I'm a sucker for older MTB's and BMX bikes. However Im not sure what it is I've done some research without any luck hope I hope I can get some help here. There are no serial numbers that I've located, magnets don't like it just not sure what it is, thanks in advance.

    Cheers

Moots did a YBB air for a while, but never with pivots. The dropouts look like my Sanvik produced DBR.

Dropouts don't look like any I've seen from Sandvik. Sandvik dropouts tend to have solid pieces machined to a taper and welded between the dropout and the stay. This has a piece welded over the open end of the stay to give a similar effect.

Was thinking Dean myself but I don't think they had pivots.

Yeah, I looked again, and the water cut dropout looks the same but the way it's mated to the seatstay is different.
