    Stumped by Slingshot

Howdy all. I am new here. Hopefully you guys can give me a little help and knowledge. I happened to pick up this Slingshot, I'm figuring its mid 90's, but I can't find any serial number or model number anywhere. In kinda stumped. Any help it appreciated. I dig the bike but really don't know much about them.
    Cheers Mike

Looks like a 1992. Spring location at the headtube. Silver headbadge, etc.
What are your plans for it?

    check out my new slingshot

I just happened on this site and noticed that is about the same bike I have but as you can see mine has had some modifications. I picked this up earlier in the year and have ridden it some but not my first choice of bikes to ride

I received this back from the company when I sent them the photos to help me identify the year it was

Thanks for the pictures. I canít say for certain when the bike was made as we donít really have model years but it seems to be early 90ís -94 at the latest.

The bike was made as an ATB but the purchaser must have done some modifications, like the stem, h-bars, and saddle.

    Enjoy,

It's a 1992. 1991 had an integrated seat binder, 1993 had the sloping top tube. Slip on seat collar and no sloping top tube puts you at 1992.
