New question here. Ritchey Rock WCS rims?

I bought this nice wheel, a front only unfortunately, but I'd like to make it a pair. I'd never come across the Rock WCS rim before, but I'm assuming that it's decent, else why would someone have laced it to a titanium Hope hub? Can anyone date it for me, or comment on its quality?

Yeah, they were supposed to be good stuff - probably the same rim as 1996's Rock 395??
