New question here. Rigid fork for 2000 Klein Attitude

    Hi all,

First post. I have a 2000 Klein Attitude with A RS Judy XC 80mm fork. Looking to replace the Judy with a rigid fork, but want to keep the v-brakes.

Have been searching the 'net, but most forks are for tapered tubes and/or disc brakes.

Anyone know what my options are?

ps: The manual says "442 mm axle-crown race".

    BR,
    Nes

    Is it a 1" or 1 1/8" headtube? The Surly 1x1 fork would work if it's 1 1/8"

It's 1 1/8". Thanks Saddle Up, will check out the Surly.

Ideally I would like a fork with just a v-brake/canti mount (which is an option for the Surly I see).

Any other suggestions? Been investigating carbon Ritchey just now, but not sure what model would have v-brake/canti only?

Surly 1x1 is only 412 axle to crown. The Kona P2 would be a good fit:

Bikeman Kona Project 2, 26 Triple Butted Mountain Fork, 440

Bikeman Kona Project 2, 26 Triple Butted Mountain Fork, 440, Canti-Disc

Looks like the canti only model is out of stock, but not the canti/disc model.

Thanks! Keep them coming. Kona P2 (Bikeman Kona Project 2, 26 Triple Butted Mountain Fork, 440) looks like a good CrMo option. Out of stock indeed, but does mention Available soon.

    Any suggestions in carbon?

Winwood looks nice, but from a quick search these are cyclo cross forks? What model would fit my Attitude?

I picked up a Salsa for my 98 indy fab and was really surprised with the quality. Nice touches like stainless drop outs. Not a comfy fork, very rigid...
