    I suppose the fact that

    1). Titanium is generally not available in over-sized tubes like aluminum, and

    2). Cinelli never made aluminum bikes, and

    3). The Cannondale logo on the headtube

    did not seem to sway the seller's enthusiasm.

    Not to mention how rare TIG-welded Cinellis are.
    Each bicycle owned exponentially increases the probability that none is working correctly.

    Especially TIG welded aluminum, titanium enriched (apparently) Cinellidales, they are stoopid rare...
