New Departure Hub Skip Tooth R.cog Removal Help!!!!!!

I have aa New Departure model D rear coaster hub. It has a skip tooth cog on it. I have gotten the outer lock ring off but cant figure out how to remove the cog. The lock ring was reverse thread. I have been a bicycle mechanic for 20+ years but never work on this brand.
I have a new non skip tooth new departure cog to in stall so I can update my drivetrain.

    PLEASE HELP> ANY IDEAS

    Thanks, Will

Well, with the lockring off, you could take it for a ride, and hit the brake really hard. That should back it off. Otherwise, I have the New Departure cog removal tool at home. Basically a foot long lever, with a hook on one end that fits in the slot in your ND cog.
