Need Info on an Answer Manitou HT

I have an Answer/Manitou HT with the red Manitou SX Ti fork. I think it's a 98 or 99 model and that it was the last model year they were made.

If someone could tell me which year it was I would appreciate it and, more importantly, I'm looking to put a new fork on it, would an 80mm travel fork be the most appropriate, or could I get away with a 100mm?

the year should be under the bottom bracket as part of the serial number (unless they changed stuff), and yeah 80mm would be the go. Also go out right now and check that the frame (especially the head tube) doesn't have a crack in it, because there is a 97.2% chance that it does (they tend to crack while you wait, also why anything longer than 80mm may just put enough stress to rip the front right off).
All the gear and no idea.
