    Mystery skewer set

I need some help in identifying these. Seems to me at one point years ago I could identify these skewers but I've been trying to think of it for a while and looked at bikepro.com but am coming up blank. They may just be a knock off of a design I am remembering, but they're off an 89/90 American Breezer that's generally pretty well outfitted that I picked up and am cleaning up.

An easy way to check if they are Fast Feather: do they work like crap? If so, Fast Feather.

Old school would just be 'Ringle'. Sun didn't come into the picture until 95 or 96 I think.

One way to know for sure if they are fast feather. Step one. Close as you would any quick release. Step two. Now if its still loose tighten a bit more and close cam again. If it fell apart. Creaked and then stretched or sheared and left you with a huge gash in your forearm its a fast feather.
