Mysterious frame (Bill stevenson made ?)

I have won this frame on ebay.

Very little size as T24 alpinestars bike, risse racing shock and some dropout with the Gary Fisher Logo.
Between Alpinestars and Gary Fisher, there's the Bill Stevenson's name, who was designer for both brand, before making fine steel frame

I have found in the december 93 Mountain Bike Action, this picture about a prototype shown by Bill Stevenson

    1) Quite the same geometry with a big horizontal
    2) The same headset system
    3) The same Risse Racing integrated shock

If there's little differences like the no bent tube on the BB, I have saw that on a Bill Stevenson made bike

Quite the same dropout and a bent seattube…

Who knows how to contact Bill Stevenson ?
(I tried to send him an email but his address doesn't works…)

Hey! Good to see you. Don't know about Bill but hopefully somebody knows something.

edit: I found that he trained under Albert Eisentraut though.

I have no idea at all, but I'm dying to know if you're going to build it up and ride it?

I love that it has fender eyelets.
    Don't call it a gooseneck.

That thing is nuts! Hope you find some info about it. I'd be keen to hear some more about its history.

3" headtube! Wow, when you cut down the steerer on a fork to fit, there's little chance of that fork being able to be used on anything else.

I think Bill is still making custom bikes down in Olympia Wa. Google should be able to get you a way to contact him.

A few Stevensons spotted around these parts. Nothing like your bike. Tandems are what I usually see.
Seek: Koski Trailmaster. Breezer Series 2 or 3. Cunningham Racer.
