Looking for a tire for Sturmy Archer Rim

    Hi All,

I've got a wheel I need a new tire for.

The rims say Sturmy Archer ea 23.5 26 1 1/4

My old tire says 26 1 1/4 This is all that is readable on the tire.

If anyone could point me in the right direction for a replacement tire it would be most excellent!

Looks like your best bet, if I'm reading the chart correctly, would be a tire marked with a 26x1-3/8 or 26x1-1/4. For some reason 26x1-3/8 seems to be more common than 26x1-1/4 and should fit your rim. Most well stocked bike shops should have one for the old Schwinn bikes that come in, but I'd bring the wheel in and do a test fit just to be sure.
Need: McMahon brake for roller cam mounts, Mountain Goat fork.
