To answer the original question, I think the company producing the skull hangers was called "Wicked". I should have one of those in original package. They are US-made.
Saw a faded red set of those red skulls go unsold on eBay for about $30 a few months back.
A set of NOS Fat Fingers in black was listed for $100 starting price auction or $150 BIN price and it sold for the BIN price within hours of the listing just hours ago.
Psycho Psycles made skull hangers too. I think on theirs the skulls were actually cast, and then added on to a CNC'd hanger. They were a lot more detailed than the Wicked ones.
