    Anyone have a Gecko?

Reading through an older MBA EC round-up I was reminded how much I liked the Gecko EC bike they tested. Any one have or had one here? How were the bikes? Got pictures?

i've seen maybe 4 in person. they are amazing machines. the fillet brazing is maybe the best i've ever seen. he has a bike called the "Y-File-it" as in why file it when the fillet brazing is so perfect to begin with. his paint was killer too. i know where two NOS frames are.

I have a 18.5" Genesis. Never built up or painted. I built this in '94 along with my personal Genesis. Has a HT for a 1" steerer. Make me an offer. I also have a new Y-File It. Black with HT for 1.25" steerer and geometry for Suspension in front.
    Thankz, KB

For all you interested: I believe Velopro in Santa Barbara has at least 2 bikes in the basement. I think they are built up with '90's XT components. He is holding on to them for some reason but they may be had. I think they still have 130mm rear spacing.
    Good luck, KB
