    Amp Research B3 Laguna Beach Classic

    I think that what I have here any way. Heres a link to my original post. I will soon be tearing it down for a full rebuild, sans the OG fork.

    Thats different looking than the B3 I had.




    I have seen your framestyle before though, just can't recall the model.

    There's been one of those at my local flea market. Great condition but the seller wants way too much for it. Pretty bike all the same.

    Not sure if you had the final answer yet but.....This is an AMP B3 from 1999. I have the 95' version with the streight tubes but I had ordered one for a friend in 99 and it looked like this exactly. It was a bit lighter than the 95'. I used the instructions I found here on MTBR to convert to disc brakes. Its fairly easy.

    Hey, I'm the one who bought this bike from you. I still have it, but I'm selling it. Interested? I re-built it with a RS sid, and rebuilt the rear shock. Also installed a disc brake adapter for the rear for full discs. Also put a nice raceface crank on it. It still works great.
