'99 Kona Lava Dome; replacement fork

Not sure it this is the right forum for this as it's only 14 years old, but I want to upgrade the fork on my 99 Kona Lava Dome. Same as in this picture, but mine still has the stock fork.

What fork should I be looking for, I've converted it to single speed and am looking for a basic non-suspension fork.

I've been riding bikes for a long time but, embarrassingly enough, I've never done much with working on them.

    thanks,
    Ryan

Surly 1x1 fork. Cheap, strong, available in disc or v-brake options and not a complete pain in the wrists. More importantly the axle to crown would be suitable.

rjmarthaller - Did you find a set of replacement forks for your Lava Dome? I have the same bike for my wife but the forks are jacked and I simply want a standard set of replacement forks.
