Thanks much! As for 650b's, it's the first time I've heard about it. The unis in the first video above were 24 & 26, but with the fat larry tire on the 26er, it does measure very close to a 29er.

In this video, I climb alongside road bikers with my new 700c wheel build, which was modified from a standard 29er. (I'm told 29er is identical in size to a 700c)

that was another cool vid,,,, you must be super fit to climb up hills that steep, and to do it that quick to, burning off the roadies, lol....
650b is kind of a inbetween size, 27.5 inch, its supposed to be the best of both, all the advatages of 29er and 26" according to the mountain bike industry lol. most manufacturers are doing 650b compatible frames for 2013.

Sounds interesting, like the perfect comprimise. If I'd known I might have gone with the 650b! Oh well, you can't have too many wheels!
