Recommendations on posting "cool" video snippets w/o Contour site

I've been happily using a Contour Roam since 2011 (recently upgraded the firmware to support 60 fps 720p) along with the Storyteller software on a Mac.

Now that Contour's site is down, I'm looking for an alternate way to grab a piece of video from an MP4 file so I can upload it to FB or elsewhere on occasion. iMovie does not support 60 fps (not sure if it does in the latest version).

I guess QT Pro can do it and wondered if anyone had other suggestions.

    Thanks,

    eDub

There's this: Amazon.com: Adobe Premiere Elements 11 [Download] [OLD VERSION]: Software

Offers some pretty powerful and cool features for manipulating your video.

    Thanks...

I just figured out that iPhoto '11 has a nice trim feature and share capability that lets me accomplish the same thing w/o reliance on Contour's now defunct site.

I loaded up OS X 'Mavericks' (WTF were they thinkin with the new naming convention !@#$^&*!#) and so far so good.
