Re: GoPro Battery BacPac (extended) compatibility with the bundled waterproof housing

I'm not that keen since this is my first ever foray into these action POV cams. I've just got a Hero 3 few hours back. So, pardon me but I've been meaning to ask if I buy the GoPro Battery BacPac (sample link: GoPro Battery BacPac ABPAK-301 B&H Photo Video would be compatible with the bundled waterproof housing? I've spoken to a sales rep of a reputable seller but I still need a few confirmation esp after seeing how tight is the housing & just enough to contain the unit with the standard battery. And from the looks of it the extended one wouldn't fit in.

Greatly appreciate, any help here.

All GoPro bacpacs come with new back doors (water tight and skeleton) to be used with the bacpac so you just buy the battery bacpac and you have all you need to rock'n'roll.
