My trip to Dupont State Forest, NC

Back in September, I did a road trip through North Carolina, starting up in Charlotte and ending up near Brevard. I spent two outstanding days riding at Dupont State Forest, and here's the video with some of my highlights. I was doing this solo, so all of my shots on Big Rock required me to run each segment multiple times to get the best shots, but hey- I'm not complaining, that trail is FUN! Enjoy!

absolutely, a pretty well-shot video......and it let me see what i want to ride this spring when i make my first trip to Dupont.......i am looking for recommendation for camping in the vicinity, though - I've looked some places around there, but it would be great if anyone had reviews of the local camping spots..........

Thanks to all for the compliments!

I stayed at the Black Forest Family Campground, located about 3-4 miles away from Dupont. Super nice and accommodating people there and the amenities are pretty nice. Good, clean bathrooms, a pool, bike washing station, and a weekly home-cooked breakfast. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely go back next time I'm in the area.
