    My First Go Pro Passion...

Filmed this video this morning... This is the trail I can ride to from my house. The downhill sections get speeds up to 30+ mph in some sections, which, with a wide angle lens look faster than they truly are. Still very fast, but I don't think it's as fast as it looks in the video.

Anyways, this is my first video, so it ain't fancy for sure. lol

Next time I will tip the chesty up more for a better view, and also tie off my camelbak mouthpiece. And I will keep the video shorter...

That trail looks awesome. I personally think the chest mount is the best view for MTB...as long as its angled right

Here's today's video. Same route but filmed totally different parts...

    God I love these trails.

Tomorrow I am rigging some more creative mounts to the bike... can't wait to see what I get with that!

These are the Go John, Overton, and Slate trails in Cave Creek. About a 12 mile ride with a little over 1,000 feet of climbing.... I am in love with these trails.

I ride these trails at least once a week, I'm surprised i've never seen you, I live like 15 minutes away. We should ride sometime! I usually go wednesday mornings if you're interested...

Michael Hardy- you have an IM...

I ride these trails a couple times a week too. Usually with the Wednesday night group ride once, and then once by myself... I can always use another riding buddy though.

This is more my style....The first video had very little chunk, bumps, jumps or technical. I'm sure the speed is thrilling though.

I'm checking out what I can find on here from Cave Creek because a friend of mine moved down there a couple years ago and has been nagging me to come down from the great northland some winter and ride. He says the mountains start right out back behind his house so I wonder if this is the same trail system???

Probably the same trails... although check out my Vimeo page. I shutter when I look at these versus what my new GoPro mount can make. lol

And you would love it here in the winter for riding. Now? Not so much. haha
