    Moviemaker alternatives

Windows Moviemaker is driving me nuts with it crashing on me all the time. The latest project I created will not convert to a final usable format. What other software are you guys using with good success? I need to load numerous clips (I make many short individual vids with my GoPro) and would love the ability to crop video, which I currently cannot do.

MP4 compatibility would be great but I can always use a conversion software if necessary.

I use VideoPad , you get it free for a while(month?) then it has limited function til you buy it

It's fairly basic but has everything I need , the main reason I purchased the software after the free trial was because of its simplicity , i'm pretty clueless about the techy side of video editing and most other video editing software just baffled me, Videopad is piss easy to use.

I agree 100% - easy to use, but enough features to make it fun, and a great price.
$500 million for more irresponsible EBRPD land management? No thanks.
