Minimum hardware to post video from GoPro Hero3 online?

I have a GoPro Hero 3 on order to take some footage during some upcoming mountain bike stage races & trips. I'd like to be able to post footage online each evening of the day's ride for friends & family and am wondering what the minimum hardware would be that I'd need assuming I have a wifi connection wherever I'm staying? Beyond a USB port, how much computing power/capability would I need? Any tablets that might work or maybe a chromebook?
