K-Edge mount

I just bought one of these: K-Edge GO BIG GoPro Camera Pro Handlebar Mount: Red @ eBikeStop.com and I'm hoping maybe someone has some advice on whether or not I can mount a light to it also. Can it be "modded" to hold a light? Can I shim it and put it around a seatpost for a different mount option? I like the idea of the mount, but I want to cut down on some clutter on the bars between the light and the cam. I really only bought it because it looks cool, it's on sale, and I thought maybe I could figure up a light mount option.

I read that the trailtorch lights fit this style of mount. I'm not certain if others, but it should make a nice solid base for any DIY platforms you may build.
