How to get a higher resolution video with Windows Live Movie Maker

Good stuff here... I was able to modify the 1080p default profile to have it max out the bitrate my computer (i7-920) could handle. Instead of the default bitrate of about 8000kps it saved the file at a bitrate of 69,000 kps... Super clear at full screen resolution (The file size grew from 82 MB to 693 MB). Picture insert shows the bitrate (picture is at low resolution and not representative of the actual video).

This is an extreme example however you can do other things such as setting the default sharpness from 85% to 100% for the 720p or 480p resolutions...

Link to the "how to" file...
