    GoPro mount help

    Hey guys,

I tried to search for it as I am sure has been asked before but could not find the answer to my question.

When mounting GoPro to bike..i find that I have a hard time keeping the mount from slipping...especially when mounted to my carbon bars. Do you guys just use tape under it or something? or am I doing something wrong? I am a bit reluctant to over tighten to mount for fear of damaging bars.

Anyway would love any advice (especially close up pics) of how people have mounted the GoPro to the bike. Or links to where this has been posted.

    Thanks!

I don't have carbon bars, but I just tighten them until they don't slip. I don't think it would hurt to try double sided tape. There are some positions where the bars taper, so I'm thinking of trying double sided tape, or some rubber from an old bike tube.
