Damn! I would hate to ride with you when you ARE in shape...you were killing it at the start!

The camera "rubbing" noise was bad, you gotta mute that and then put some music on

    Matt
    I should be out riding....

He is never in shape, and for a light guy he rolls down hill like a bowling ball!

    Nice vid,

I am working on isolating the noise, I thought I had it but it's not all gone. I am one of those people who likes the sounds of riding, I don't mind music (love it in fact) but I would want it mixed with the "natural" soundtrack

As for "killing it" thanks but it wasn't my best showing (insert excuses here) and was sure hard to sustain until the bottom, it's funny how the video needs near sprint speed to look even reasonably fast/interesting. You definitely get in your solid anaerobic intervals running with a camera!

If I get a better run down later in the year (minus noises, plus music and speed) I will replace that run. That's the goal at least

I'm in the same boat (hence the unedited videos here). Everyone is saying that Sony Vegas is the best H.264 editing software but I haven't taken the leap yet myself.
