    Go Pro hard case

I just got this hard case for my Go Pro Hero2 off Amazon. It is really well made and very tough. I am not shilling for the company. I am very happy with my purchase. I will feel much better carting the camera with me on long trips now. It is nice to have the foam cut correctly. Just thought I would share.

A padded case for a camera and housing that can take tons of abuse?

That's like wrapping a tank in bubble wrap.

I don't feel bad having it sliding around in my car trunk inside this case. I would rather over protect it and have it ready to use vs. get somewhere ready to ride, and have to find a new housing or worse replace the lens because it got scratched up.

Do you also carry you bike in a padded case?

(I've been riding with video cameras/DSLRs/GoPros for years and have never had so much fear that I felt like I needed a big ole padded case to transport my equipment to the trailhead, let alone use that while actually riding)

Nope, but I do carry my bike on a rack, or occasionally in my car trunk where I have all my other riding gear.
