Fun trail video w/ Go Pro HD

Made this the other day at a fun, flowy trail in Belmont, CA.

I used the Go Pro handle bar mount and R3 setting. It's unedited (uploaded directly from SD), but I've noticed when uploading to youtube, there's a loss in quality. I've tried Vimeo and the same thing happens. Any ideas?

Nice video, I have the same quality issue, still waiting for the simple solution to get it on full quality on YouTube. It is due to the newish and not completely supported standard for SD card based video H.264. There is a thread here about Sony Vegas Pro being the best solution but have not tried it or seen a HQ example.
