My first time there and I was definitely hesitant all over not knowing what was coming next. A lot slower than the 2 guys with me
The first time I hit a trail, I usually take it easy (I am slow anyways) but definitely can find yourself in trouble if you take it too fast on trails that have larger penalties for failure.
I don't use Strava. Don't need an application to tell me I am slow because I already know.
Looks like a great trail! Have you ever ridden Jackson's off of Amasaback in Moab? If so how does the trail compare? I'd love to get out to that side of Utah.
Thanks,
FR
Great video, I was nervous just watching it I can't imagine riding it for the first time. I' 54 years young and only been trail riding just over a year. I doubt that my skills will ever reach the point that I wouldn't be nervous on that trail. But I do like seeing trails from places other than here in Georgia, keep posting them.

ya,.. think i'd end up the first to the bottom of the trail... taking a short cut off tthe side of the hill!!!
I went back last week with my brother in law and cleared a section or two more than the first time but there is still plenty there that is out of my league.
This 2nd run was fun though, it was snowing lightly at the top and there was snow on the ground here and there. Never rode in snow before so it was a fun experience. When I have some spare time I'll throw up a short edit from that ride.
Here's round two. Video isn't any better than the first time but I don't get to ride with my bro in law very often so I wanted to be sure and put the vid together. The snow/mud factor made it interesting.
