Trails to hit on drive across Southern VT and NH

Driving to the NH Seacoast on Friday, from Bennington. Any outstanding singletrack on the way?

I'll probably ride Fort Rock on Sat. That's the only good riding I know in the seacoast area. Any other good areas around there? Twisty singletrack, Kingdom/Saxon Hill/Millbury style is what I'm after.

within 15 minutes of the highway the ones that come to mind are..

Keene more up an down than twisty side to side
    Bear brook great all around
fort rock is hardly like kingdom
willowdale is supposedly pretty good, never been but people say it's alot like kingdom on the actual terrain
there's alot more various places that people aren't gonna throw on the internet too
determined to put the "mountain" back in "MOUNTAIN BIKING!!!" "HIT IT!"

Willowdale in Ipswitch MA is super flowy. About 30 minutes south on 95 from where 101 meets 95.

Or you can head an hour south and hit Lynn woods which will likely be the most AM trails you've seen.

Around Manchester you have Bear Brook and FOMBA.

Harold Parker SF is 45 minutes into Mass. That place is nice.

I rode the STABVT.org trails this weekend. two big fat thumbs up. there is an "ascutney" thread here in this forum. I got the map at the bike/canoe shop at the base of the mtn. Bear brook and willowdale have my other two votes.

    Thanks for the suggestions everyone!

I'm gonna hit up Willowdale and FOMBA. My sister lives in West Newbury so Willowdale is awful convienent. Sounds great too.

Didn't know about Ascutney - I'll probably make a day trip from Bennington to ride there sometime.

Thanks for the offer mcstumpy - but I gotta ride in the morning to be ready for the family reunion!
