That all adds up to 50 miles? Hmm. Highschool up Powerline then the Adams Camp loop (Haul Rd, Kimmers, Hardys) and back is only about 12. Guess getting out to Sterling adds a lot of miles...
Sterling Forest is still closed last time I checked (yesterday), so keep that in mind. Wish I were going to be around, even though I don't think I could do all that at once...

ride from town plus all of sterling valley is 25 miles, ride town loops+gershmans 15 miles, pipeline+kimmers+hardy's haul back down pipeline =12 miles back though town loops is another 5 to get back down bears.....

I got a PM suggest dropping down though Robinson springs which we are not doing due to a current misunderstanding between the local riders and the home owners there so that is out.

I suspect Sterling's Singletrack will be great by sunday.....

Can someone explain the anti-NEMBA thread title?
Is this a blanket dislike for NEMBA, or just an alternate ride in order to avoid the masses descending on KT?

I was wondering that too. He means opposite of - not against. As in a few people going for a free ride instead of a thousand people paying to ride.

    yep...

poor choices of words on my part. NEMBA does good stuff. Just saying this is few people going for a ride for free, not tons going while paying.

Thanks for the clarification - because if you are a mountain biker you are NEMBA, whether you are a member or not!

If anyone tracks this ride on a gps, would you mind posting it here? I'll be up there next week and this sounds exactly like a ride I would love to do. That's assuming it's even feasible without a guide. you guys have quite the network up there.

Depending on where the ride goes, a pm might be more appropriate. Some of the Stowe trails may not mapped because of landowner agreements.

yes it is raining in stowe. The trails were dry yesterday, we will find something to ride. Might not be as epic but still should get at least a 3 hour ride in.
